45 minutes - $104.43 + HST = $118

60 minutes - $128.32 + HST = $145

75 minutes - $157.52 + HST = $178

90 minutes - $184.07 + HST= $208

105 minutes - $210.62 + HST = $238

120 minutes - $238.94 + HST = $270
