30 minutes = $90.27 + HST = $102.00

45 minutes = $118.58 + HST = $134.00

60 minutes = $146.02 + HST = $165.00

75 minutes = $179.20 + HST = $202.50

90 minutes = $209.29 + HST = $236.50

105 minutes = $238.94 + HST = $270.00

120 minutes = $272.57 + HST = $308.00
